As part of this important maintenance activity, the existing filter media of RSF 1 will be replaced with new imported filter media from Vietnam, which has already arrived and is ready for installation. 🛠️ Expected Maintenance Duration: Approximately 3–4 days (conservative estimate) 💧 Expected Pipeline Pressure Recovery Period: Approximately 10–12 days Please note that while the physical maintenance and filter media replacement are expected to take around 3–4 days, the water system will require additional time to gradually recover and stabilize after the maintenance. During the recovery period, consumers may experience low water pressure, intermittent supply, or reduced water availability, particularly in elevated and far-end areas. We encourage all consumers to store sufficient water for essential household needs before October 1, 2026, especially those in areas that are more susceptible to low pressure during system recovery. As a result, the previously announced Water Treatment Plant (WTP) shutdown scheduled for 10:00 AM today has been CANCELLED. To All Valued Consumers, We would like to inform you that, as of today, our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is operating using a generator set while our technical team conducts an emergency maintenance inspection of the electrical transformer at our intake pump facilities. To ensure the safe and continuous operation of our generator set, a cooling-down period is required after every 12 hours of operation. As a result, we will be conducting a temporary shutdown of our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) booster pump operations starting at 10:00 AM today. The shutdown is expected to last for approximately 1-2 hours. During this period, consumers in all distribution areas may experience low water pressure and possible service interruptions. Our team is working diligently to complete the necessary repairs and restore normal operations as soon as possible.
