To All Valued Consumers,

We would like to inform you that, as of today, our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is operating using a generator set while our technical team conducts an emergency maintenance inspection of the electrical transformer at our intake pump facilities.

To ensure the safe and continuous operation of our generator set, a cooling-down period is required after every 12 hours of operation. As a result, we will be conducting a temporary shutdown of our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) booster pump operations starting at 10:00 AM today.

The shutdown is expected to last for approximately 1-2 hours.

During this period, consumers in all distribution areas may experience low water pressure and possible service interruptions.

Our team is working diligently to complete the necessary repairs and restore normal operations as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
