NOTICE OF WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Please be advised that, effective today, consumers in certain service areas may experience low water pressure or temporary absence of water supply.

Cause of Interruption:
The service disruption is due to:
- ongoing verification and isolation of potential pipeline leaks
- a scheduled underwater inspection of the submarine pipeline, which is set to be conducted tomorrow, January 17, 2026. These activities are necessary to ensure system integrity, prevent further losses, and improve overall service reliability.

Affected Areas:
- Dauis
- Panglao

What Consumers Should Expect:
Intermittent low pressure or no water supply during inspection and verification works. Gradual restoration of pressure as sections are cleared and recommissioned.

Advisory to Consumers:
- Store sufficient water for essential household use.
- Secure water storage containers to prevent contamination.
